To ensure every commission receives the care and attention it deserves, I accept a limited number of commissions each month.

Premium Wig Bases
Belle Noelle commissions are styled using premium-quality bases from Fairytale Wigs whenever possible.
I choose these bases for their quality, comfort, and durability, providing a beautiful foundation for each finished style.
If a particular base is unavailable, I'll discuss alternative options with you before your commission begins.
Shipping
Standard shipping is currently available within the United States. International shipping may be available upon request.

- Most packages arrive within approximately 3–4 business days after shipment.
- Signature confirmation is available upon request.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary once a package is in the carrier's possession.

Most commissions have a processing time of approximately 6–10 weeks. Turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the style, availability of materials, and my current commission queue.

Absolutely! I’m always happy to discuss characters and styles that aren’t currently featured in my shop. Custom requests are considered based on the desired style, available wig bases and materials, and my current commission availability.
If you have something specific in mind, send an inquiry with reference photos and your desired event date, and I’ll let you know if it’s a style I’m able to create.
Yes! Many existing styles can be customized to better fit your vision. Small adjustments to details, placement, or styling may be available depending on the design.
Any customization requests should be discussed before styling begins. Once work on your wig is underway, changes may not always be possible and may require an additional fee depending on the amount of restyling or additional materials needed.

Yes! I offer styling and restyling services for customer-provided wigs. Before sending your wig, please submit an inquiry with photos of the wig and a description or reference photos of the desired style.
Customer-provided wigs are accepted on a case-by-case basis, as the condition, construction, fiber, and quality of the wig may affect what can be achieved. I’ll review your wig and discuss the available options with you before moving forward.
For restyles, some signs of previous wear or styling may remain depending on the condition of the wig.
If a preferred wig base is unavailable, I’ll discuss alternative options with you before moving forward. Depending on the style, this may include selecting a comparable base or waiting for the preferred option to be restocked.
I will never substitute a wig base without discussing it with you first. If an alternative would affect the appearance, pricing, or timeline of your commission, those details will be communicated before any changes are made.
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of each wig and for hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order has shipped. Orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before shipment.
If your wig arrives with damage or a concern related to shipping, please contact me on the day of delivery with photos so I can review the issue and determine the best next steps.
